  2. Manually Search: Open the OneTap app and manually search for your property or unit by entering its name or address.

To delete your OneTap account and associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Contact us at support@onetapmaintenance.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
  2. Provide Your Details: Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a confirmation that you wish to delete your account.
  3. Confirmation: Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.

Ordering additional stickers for your property is simple:

  2. Provide Details: Include your name, property address, and the number of stickers needed.
